What is PAHT-CF, and why is it better than standard materials?
PAHT-CF (High-Temperature Polyamide with Carbon Fiber) is an advanced engineering-grade material designed for extreme durability, high heat resistance, and superior strength-to-weight ratio. Unlike traditional plastics or even standard PA-CF blends, PAHT-CF absorbs significantly less moisture, which helps maintain its mechanical properties over time. This means our intake systems won’t warp, crack, or degrade even under high boost pressures and extreme engine bay temperatures.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How does moisture absorption affect intake performance?
Many traditional nylon-based intakes suffer from moisture absorption, which leads to material swelling, loss of strength, and potential deformation.
PAHT-CF, however, absorbs 50% less moisture compared to standard PA-CF, maintaining its structural integrity even in humid or wet conditions.
This ensures long-term durability and reliable performance without degradation.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How does PAHT-CF compare to aluminum or steel intakes?
How does PAHT-CF compare to aluminum or steel intakes?
While metal intakes have been widely used, PAHT-CF offers several advantages over aluminum and steel:
Lighter weight – Reduces overall vehicle weight, improving acceleration and handling.
Heat resistance – Unlike metal, which absorbs and retains heat, PAHT-CF prevents heat soak, ensuring colder, denser air enters your turbo for improved performance.
No heat expansion issues – Metal expands under extreme temperatures, which can lead to seal failures and fitment issues over time. PAHT-CF remains stable and retains its structure, ensuring a consistent, precise fit.
Does a larger intake system really improve performance?
Yes! Our intake system is designed to increase airflow while reducing restrictions, which directly impacts throttle response, turbo spool time, and overall engine efficiency.
The MOSRacing intake expands from 53mm at the turbo inlet to 62mm, optimizing the flow of air into the turbocharger.
This helps reduce turbo lag, improve combustion efficiency, and support higher boost levels in tuned applications.
Is this intake system safe for high-boost or heavily tuned engines?
Absolutely! MOSRacing’s PAHT-CF intake is engineered specifically for high-performance and heavily tuned setups. It withstands high temperatures and extreme pressure conditions, making it ideal for cars running custom tunes, upgraded turbos, or other power-enhancing modifications.
Do You Offer Returns & Warranty?
Yes! At MOSRacing, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
We also provide a limited warranty on all our products, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Our PAHT-CF performance parts are built for extreme durability, but if you encounter a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.

Our PAHT-CF filament outperforms standard materials with superior strength, durability, and moisture resistance, making it perfect for high-performance applications. Designed for automotive parts, it withstands extreme pressure and high temperatures without deformation, while its exceptional environmental resistance ensures stability in any condition.
The intake pipe is designed to be 100% OEM fit and is oversized, expanding from 53mm at the turbo inlet to 62mm for maximum airflow. It is made from PAHT CF (High-Temperature Polyamide with Carbon Fiber), a material chosen for its exceptional strength, heat resistance, and lightweight properties.
PAHT CF ensures durability under high temperatures and pressure, reduces weight compared to metal alternatives, and provides excellent resistance to deformation, making it ideal for high-performance applications.
The modifications made to the engine of my 335a include TurboSystems hybrid turbos, a larger custom intercooler, larger boost pipes, an M50D rail sensor, an M50D pressure regulator, an R90 high-pressure pump, an RM Motors downpipe, an EGR delete, and a swirl flap delete. I have tested both the stock intake pipe and the MOS Racing intake pipe, and the difference is significant. The car has better throttle response, produces less soot at high RPMs, and feels more responsive since it can breathe more efficiently—this improvement is clearly noticeable!
