What is PAHT-CF, and why is it better than standard materials?
PAHT-CF (High-Temperature Polyamide with Carbon Fiber) is an advanced engineering-grade material designed for extreme durability, high heat resistance, and superior strength-to-weight ratio. Unlike traditional plastics or even standard PA-CF blends, PAHT-CF absorbs significantly less moisture, which helps maintain its mechanical properties over time. This means our intake systems won’t warp, crack, or degrade even under high boost pressures and extreme engine bay temperatures.

Does a larger intake system really improve performance?
Yes! Our intake system is designed to increase airflow while reducing restrictions, which directly impacts throttle response, turbo spool time, and overall engine efficiency.
The MOSRacing intake expands from 53mm at the turbo inlet to 62mm, optimizing the flow of air into the turbocharger.
This helps reduce turbo lag, improve combustion efficiency, and support higher boost levels in tuned applications.

Will this intake fit like the OEM part?
Yes! Our intake is 100% OEM fit, meaning no modifications are required. We designed it to be a direct bolt-on upgrade, ensuring seamless installation with factory mounting points and connections.
Do I need additional modifications to use this intake?
No additional modifications are required for installation, but for optimal performance, we recommend pairing it with a high-flow air filter and an ECU tune to maximize airflow gains. For those running a highly tuned or track-focused setup, we are currently developing a MAF delete intake system with an even larger open-air filter—stay tuned!
Is this intake system affected by engine bay heat?
Unlike metal intakes that can absorb and transfer engine heat, PAHT-CF offers superior thermal insulation, significantly reducing heat soak. This means cooler air temperatures, resulting in more efficient combustion and improved power output.
